Renowned chef and Pacific hospitality consultant Colin Chung will be the only chef representing Fiji and the Pacific Islands at the 4th Asian Organic Gourmet Festival in Bangkok, Thailand this weekend.
Mr Chung’s brainchild is the cookbook Kana Vinaka, will be also launching his publication at the four-day food, wine and wellness extravaganza that commences on Friday March 23.
The contemporary island cuisine cookbook that’s taking the Pacific region by storm and now the rest of the world was earlier launched last year in various parts of Fiji and the region.
This is a chance to promote the best of Pacific cuisine on an international platform that features top chefs and wine producers showcasing the importance of locally sourced produce, healthy eating and the art of fine dining.
