Flavours of Fiji Cooking School caters to 26 guests in a modern custom design air- conditioned cooking facility, with fully equipped individual cooking stations, catering to experienced cooks, beginners & children.
Enjoy a fun & informative guided morning tour of the local Nadi Markets. Offering fresh fruits & vegetables, hand-picked local greens and herbs, fragrant spices, unearthed root crops and an array of assorted seasonal harvests, this authentic local experience is one not to be missed! Abuzz with excitement this sprawling marketplace is filled with farmers and vendors congregating under one roof.
Followed by an authentic local island cooking class creating 8 delicious island favourites, our cooks share their traditional cooking techniques, helpful hints & entertaining stories. Our menu boasts both Fijian & Indo-Fijian flavours taking you on a journey of Fiji’s rich cultural history! Our Island Cooking Classes include a food culture presentation, cooking lesson, lunch, refreshments & take-home recipes.
