Chef Muzzy Fernandez was born and raised in Hawai’i, in the mountains of Kahalu’u, before moving to the seaside town of Rockport, Massachusetts. He opened Jackie Rey's Ohana Grill, where he was the Executive Chef for a decade, and then spent six years at Kohanaiki Club.

Chef Tapiwa grew up in the Zimbabwean capital city of Harare and trained for his profession at Warwick Chef School in South Africa. Prior to moving to Belize, Chef Tapiwa worked as Head Chef at Robin Pope Safaris in Malawi.

For 20 years, she has studied Dominican gastronomic traditions, and has been dedicated to the investigation on the origins, history, influences, native products and culinary customs of Dominicans, from farmers and fishermen to craftsmen and artisans.

Elijah Amoo Addo is a chef, food stylist, social entrepreneur, TV host and recipient of the 2017 Queens Young Leader Award presented by Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace for his contribution towards social development across the commonwealth.
